Mallorca, Spain (2) - Yellow dress in Portocolom

My love for yellow color and maxi dresses is one of those that never ever fades. If we mix those 2 with my favorite island, Mallorca - it's a match made in heaven.

These photos were taken in a quote zone of Portocolom, one of the oldest natural harbors in Mallorca, which was allegedly the birthplace of Cristopher Columbus (?) - hence the name of the town. The rocks above the sea and lighthouse in front made everything look like a scene from a movie...

ESP

Siempre me alegra leerte :)

  3. Hola bonita! :) I'm happy that you back to blogosphere, Tijana <3 Seems and looks like your vacations - you're lucky to live only 30minutes flight away from the island, which it unique and so, so peaceful! :) I wouldn't guess that the name of harbour was allegedly the birth place of Cristopher Columbus, ha :D What about your outfit, you know that you look terrific in orange, it's such positive and full of good vibes color, which suits to you perfectly, but I have to admit that I felt in love with the bag - it's beautiful <3
    Take care, dear friend :)

    1. Hola sweety! :) Oh, it's good to hear that! I missed you!
Yes, sometimes I need more time to get around here for exapmle :D It's crazy near and the island is just perfect in my opinion. Obviously, I do avoid crowdy spots and there is so much to see :)
Yes, can you imagine? I want to do more research on the topic! :D
You say orange and I realize that on the photos the dress looks kind of orange although it's mustard yellow :D But thanks! I like all those shades and especially with tanned skin :) The bag must be my most popular item ever! It gets so many compliments :)
It's so great talking to you! <3

  4. Ok, now I see that it's actually mustard yellow, ha :D Oh, orange has so many shades, so in general I wasn't so far of true to name the color, ha :D
What about your question on my blog, I'd say that it depends of the weather and particular summer on the Baltic Sea, because for example this year summer wasn't as much sunny as it was on previous years, but personally I didn't complain on the weather, because if it's colder it means that it's more of iodine (a lot of people visited Baltic Sea only because of this reason). What's more, the water it's colder than in Mediterranean Sea (even during hot days), but it's totally different and unique. I hope that this answer will satisfy you, Tijana :)

    1. Hehe, no worries! It's definitely a shade that looks more like one color or the other depending on the light... After all, we all see colors differently :D
Thanks for your answer! It definitely sounds good and I knew it couldn't be as warm as here for example. I was curious because I've only been at the Mediterranean and Atlantic coast. I didn't know about the iodine! I loved reading your answer and learning something new :)

    2. You're welcome, Tijana ;) What's more, next reason to visit Baltic Sea (I'm talking about Polish's part, I don't know how it looks like in different countries which has access to Baltic Sea) is delicious food, especially if you like fishes, you'll feel like in paradise - I recommended cod in beer batter, crimson and halibut - they're totally worth to give a try :)

    3. I'm definitely looking forward to it! Well, I'm more on the plant-based side, but cod is my favorite when it comes to fish! Thanks for all your lovely comments dear :)

Gracias a ti! :)
