Midnight in Paris

It wasn't actually midnight and we didn't appear in the 1920s as in a Woody Allen's movie, but we arrived late in Paris and immediately had a little adventure that lasted almost until the midnight. The photos you can see today are from the part of the city called Madeleine, where our hotel Hyatt Madeleine was. So we went to the hotel, left the things and went out to see a little bit of  Paris by night, the city of lights as we all know, and of course, find some nice restaurant. But it was kind of an impossible mission as our neighbours were Dior, Chanel and the rest of the high society guys. Paris is huge and you  can wonder looking for something, see the map and think you can do it, but one hour passes and you maybe saw just few streets and this time you find your other neighbour, Givenchy, instead of any restaurant and at this point you really stop caring about all those beautiful and luxurious streets and only want to find something that has food in it, any food :D Anyway we took some pictures while all that was happening and here is the result! Oh, and we managed to find some Portuguese restaurant after almost 2 hours and the food never seemed so delicious but the truth is that it wasn't anything special :P More posts from Paris coming soon! ;)

No era exactamente medianoche y no aparecimos en los años 20 del siglo pasado como en la película de Woody Allen, pero llegamos tarde a París y ya tuvimos una pequeña aventura. En las fotos que podéis ver hoy sale la parte de la ciudad llamada Madeleine, la zona de nuestro hotel Hyatt Madeleine. Llegamos al hotel, dejamos las cosas y enseguida salimos para ver un poco de París por la noche, la ciudad de las luces como todos lo sabemos, y claro, la idea era encontrar un restaurante bonito. Pero eso fue como una misión imposible porque nuestros vecinos eran Dior, Chanel y el resto del equipo. París es enorme y podéis pasar horas buscando algo, en el mapa todo sale cerca y parece fácil llegar. Así pasó una hora y encontramos a otro vecino, esta vez Givenchy y nungún restaurante. En ese momento ya no podéis ni admirar el barrio tan bonito y lujoso, sólo queréis encontar algo que tiene comida, cualquer comida :D De todas formas aprovechamos ese paseo sin querer e hizimos fotos que os enseño hoy. Ah, y al final encontramos un restaurante portugues y la comida nunca me había parecido tan rica aunque en realidad no era nada de otro mundo :P Más post de París llegan pronto! ;)

Nije baš bila ponoć i nismo se pojavili u dvadesetim godinama prošlog veka kao u istoimenom filmu Vudi Alena, ali smo stigli kasno u Pariz i već smo imali jednu malu avanturu. Na današnjim slikama možete videti deo grada koji se zove Madeleine, zona u kojoj se nalazio naš hotel Hyatt Madeleine. Stigli smo u hotel, ostavili stvari i odmah izašli u želji da vidimo osvetljeni Pariz, grad svetlosti kao što svi znamo, i naravno, sa idejom da nađemo neki lep restoran u blizini. Ali to se pretvorilo u skoro nemoguću misiju jer kad su vam komšije Dior, Chanel i ostatak visokog društva, baš i nemate neku opciju za jelo. Pariz je ogroman i možete provesti sate tražeći nešto, na mapi sve deluje blizu i jednostavno, a zapravo smo lutali sat vremena i ovog puta nas je čekao Givenchy i nijedan restoran. U tom trenutku nisam mogla više ni da uživam u prelepim luksuznim ulicama, jedino što sam želela je hrana, bilo kakva hrana :D Te trenutke lutanja i potrage za restoranom smo iskoristili za slikanje i to je ono što danas sledi na blogu. I da ne zaboravim, na kraju smo ipak našli neki portugalski restoran i hrana mi nikad nije delovala ukusnije iako zapravo nije bila ništa posebno :P Novi postovi iz Pariza stižu uskoro! ;)
